Shipping & Returns Policy

We are currently only shipping to the UK

STANDARD DELIVERY

All our UK orders are shipped from our United Kingdom based warehouse, so there won't be any import taxes.

£4.95 for standard delivery.

Free Delivery on orders of £40 or more.

Depending on your location, standard delivery may take between 2-3 business days from when the order is processed.

If you place the order after 1pm, it will be processed on the next business day.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

£8.00 for Next Day Delivery.

Please note: if you place the order after 1pm, it will be processed on the next business day, and therefore be delivered two days after it was placed.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Unfortunately, because of the high volume of orders we are receiving, it is impossible for us to cancel an order after it is placed.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused items for a full refund within 15 days after receiving the products.

We are unable to process returns for orders that are not directly purchased on our website or in store.

To return your products, please contact our Customer Care Team with your Order Number at: info@wearesummerlane.com - we will provide you with a return label and confirm the exact next steps.

EXCHANGES

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have an issue and need to exchange your items, please send us an email info@wearesummerlane.com and we will arrange it.

MISSING PRODUCTS

Most orders are delivered within 5 working days.

If your order is taking longer and you believe your items may have been lost in transit, please notify us within 20 days of your order date.
If our tracking system indicates they have not been delivered, or have been lost in transit you will be eligible to apply for a refund or replacement.
If our tracking system indicates your items have been delivered safely we, unfortunately, can not offer refunds or exchanges.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed. Next contact your bank.
